Tassel Garland

Totally in love with the idea of decorating with a tassel garland. There are plenty of DIY posts on Pinterest on how to make these for yourself, but the cost (and mess) of all that paper everywhere just doesn't seem worth it to me. I'll head to Etsy for this endeavor!

Here are the two I'm trying to choose between from Etsy... by the way, I'm cheap and I won't pay more than $25 and I saw some online for as much as $350..... FOR PAPER! No way jose!

I'd like to use them to decorate my workspace, or bar cart area or maybe even my vanity? Decisions decisions! Perhaps I'll buy three and I can put tassels errrrrywhere!

Coffee Table Styling

Based on my extensive Pinterest research, and a little help from Design Darling, I have found that a few different items play their role in styling the perfect coffee table. Stack a few high fashion books and top with a funky object like this brass sea urchin, or metal giraffe. Then add some height with tall candles and finally a yellow topiary for a nice pop of color.

Someone please buy me a ghost chair. Where is my money tree gosh darn it! Actually, I should really be asking why a clear plastic chair costs as much as $1,000... but I won't!

You're So Vain

Finding the perfect vanity is hard, yes. But even harder is attempting to keep that vanity organized and esthetically pleasing! It doesn't help that I tend to be a bit messy.... You've Been Framed!

WalMart has different sized wood frames for as low as $3! They are the perfect canvas to paint over. I chose a pale mint great color and got my photoshop on for the images to fill the frames. I took Pinterest finds and recreated them so I could have the proper resolution for an upload. Here are the prints I chose! These will look great in a wall collage!
